Invitation for Expression of Interest Certified Independent Auditor

Indonesia Research Institute for Decarbonization (IRID) is an Indonesia-based think tank focusing on policy analysis and policy advocacy to support decarbonization and resilient society, formally established on 13 December 2020.

IRID will conduct a financial audit of the organization for the fiscal year starting from 1st January 2024 to 31st December 2024 with total managed funds of less than Rp8,000,000,000.00 (Eight Billion Rupiah). The audit process is expected to occur in May until early June 2025. Auditor who will conduct the audit process are required to have a qualification certificate and be independent.

To fulfil such requirement, IRID is inviting a certified independent auditor to send an expression of interest with the following condition.

1. Scope of work: Organization Audit
2. Budget: up to IDR 70,000,000.00
3. Period of audit: 15^th January 2026 to 14^th February 2026
4. Document to be attached to the quotation:
   1. Offer of service and expected rate
   2. Certificate of Qualification (valid at least until 15^th February 2026)
5. Expected output:
   1. Organization Audit Report
   2. Certificate of Audit
